DOSE: 18g of Back Road Coffee
EXTRACTION TIME: 1:45 minute
Assemble your Aeropress “upside-down” upon scale, without filter. Turn on your kettle to 96°C (204°F). Once hot, warm up Aeropress by pouring hot water into funnel; discard water.
Measure out 18g of beans, grind and dose into Aeropress. Place Aeropress onto scale and tare.
Start the timer. Begin pouring. Pour 100g of water. Stir with the paddle to wet all the grounds. Bloom.
Pour to 100g and screw on filter to Aeropress. Wait.
Slowly and steadily flip over and plunge coffee into server or directly into mug. Enjoy.
