We know that it can be overwhelming at the beginning, but this is the best way to get to know your grinder. Use our extraction guide when you’re tasting to help you figure out your optimal brew. Find the 0% setting on your grinder. This will be the finest grind. Find the 100% setting on your grinder. This will be the coarsest grind. Assume that 50% (mid-way point between these two settings) is a medium grind.
